How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will be available for delivery or collection within 6-8 business days once payment is received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer to our account:

all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Paypal payments.
Do I need to have a Paypal account to make payment?
No, it is not necessary to have a paypal account to make your payment.
Why do I get redirected to only Paypal website to make payment?
After you click complete order, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can do a Paypal Guest Checkout, when you click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" below.
With this, you do not need to create a Paypal account, and the payment will be deducted from your credit card.
Paypal is just a host platform for our payment system. They do not withhold any of your information when you use the Guest Checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders above SGD300 will be entitled to Free Shipping.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Singapore only.
Installation:
Do you offer installation?
Yes! We can arrange for our sub-con to do the installation of lights and fans for you. Fee is applicable accordingly.
